Leadership Coaching

Today’s leaders require personal and professional clarity in order to advance both people and organizations. This type of clarity comes from gaining greater insight into one’s emotional intelligence and authenticity. We approach leadership coaching as a collaborative process involving self-discovery, self-correction and self-renewal. Our work with our clients is shifting the leadership paradigm.

“Dr. Granger is an extremely active listener and always offers pragmatic constructive suggestions. Tatia ends each session with activities that foster creative thinking and constructive real life application.”
